Piranha 3DD: What Exactly Will We See?

Dimensions Films has always been very clever with their promotion, especially with their trailers which usually include scenes shot strictly for promotion, most notably in 2006's Black X-Mas and 2011's Scream 4, but even 2010's Piranha 3D found itself with many scenes found in the trailers and TV spots that never showed up in the final cut, which came as a huge disapointment to many fans.

 I've recently found myself asking if they've done the same thing with their upcoming release Piranha 3DD.It's actually really hard to tell what will stay in the final cut of the film, and what exactly is just being used for promotion, especially when there's a huge lack of promotion.

Though I do suspect that the ending scene in the trailer featuring a piranha swimming inside of Danielle Panabaker's vagina has only been shot for promotion, especially if, which was revealed in the trailer as well, a piranha swims inside another character's vagina, because, lets fact it, no film director would be smart enough to include the same gag more than once, unless they actually want their film to be boring.

But as far as I can see, that's the only scene that looks like it's been shot for promotion, but I'm sure that once the film is released on June 1st, we will all fall victim to the misleading promotional footage.
