My Super Psycho Sweet 16 Part 1 + 2 Deleted Scenes!

According to Scott Thomas, one of two of the writers for  MSPS16 1 + 2 there were numerous scenes in the an early draft of the script that were removed for various reasons. There were also minor cut scenes form Part 2.

In Part 2 there was an extended scene and one scene that was removed for time. I wont give details on what happend but yeah.

Im pretty sad these scenes wont be released because they gave us more character development but oh well.

Now here is the stuff worth blogging about, the removed kills.

In the writing phase of the first movie there was a kill that was cut from the final scipt, it sounds bad ass and I think it would've been great if it was kept intact with the final draft. Here's basically what went down.

This one sounded really graphic. I dont wanna tell you how he died.  But it involves a flashlight, 'nuff said.
This one sounded pretty good too.

This next one is from Part 2, god I would've loved to see this, I know this would've been my favorite kill in the entire movie, I'm sure this scene would've alowed an unrated release.

God Scott and Jed are fucked up... so yeah. Use your imagination and picture this in the movie. :)

Scott Thomas Talks My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 3

Last night I checked up on my role-playing account on Facebook and decided to talk to Scott Thomas, he basically told me that so far there are no plans to do a third film but if the opportunity comes he'll do it. Here are his exact words.

I honestly hope there isn't a third one, I mean how far can you go now that the killer is dead? You can't make Alex the new killer, she's too unstable to be capable of killing someone, I think anyways.

What do you think? Should they just stop or what? Don't get me wrong a third one would be great but like I said you can't go too far now that Charlie is dead, I think  that the movie would be awful...

Piranha 3D Review.. [Request]

Haha oh god, Piranha 3D.... this movie was just awful.... but it was so awful that it made it great... I loved it...
-plot-

So for like 4565434543 years these piranhas have been living in an under lake and when an earthquake breaks the lake floor the piranhas are unleashed and eat everyone.

So, I really dont know what to say about this movie, it was like great... the movie was a remake but it was original. It was great. The plot was fresh, kills were bloody, and girls were hot.

What more could you ask for in a movie? :b

Though I really dont have a favorite scene to write about there is one memorable with Riley Steele. Her death. It was great. long story short she falls in the wat, piranhas eat through her stomach and exit out her mouth. Fucking win. xD

sadly, this scene was just a promotional one and not in the final cut. :l

I give this movie a 7 out of 10.

DVD/Blu-Ray comes out January 11th, 2010. Ill defintly get it, the sequel has been green-lit to. Dimensions is hoping for an August 2011 release. -fingers crosses-

Sorry this blog is short but there isnt much I can say about the movie. K bai :)

My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 2 Review

If you read my last post on the first movie than you'd know why I was so excited in November of 2009 when the MSPS16 sequel was rumoured. I had not given up on this movie, a little part in my hoped the sequel would be green-lit. Well, in June my life had just gotten a bit more PSYCHO. Wow.. that was lame.. -.-"

Anyways, this film takes place right where the first one leaves off, but indirectly. After the rollerdome mess Skye runs to her mother who abanoned her as a baby in hopes that she can start a new life, but little does she new her father, the killer, has followed her to the small town of Mill Basin to claim his daughter.

Daddy's back.

I really liked this movie, it doesn't start off boring like the first one did, and it's not quite the slasher flick the first one was. It deals more with Skye and her troubles but still holds the horror title. Though the kills in this movie have no meaning like they did in the first one but that's okay, the kills aren't very good anyways, mainly off-screen, but like I said, it still holds the horror elements. The deaths aren't as gorey as they are in the first one but theres less CGI in this one. So that's deffinatly a plus I think.

I'm really not sure what to write about this movie, I mean the plot was good, script was fresh, kills were great, what more can you ask for form an MTV-Movie?

Oh Molly.

Well like in all my reviews I always mention my favorite scene, so here goes. It's the Julianna Guill cameo, -spoiler- she died in the first one, but of course makes it in the second, dead. Skye goes to bed and wakes up to hears noises, unsure what they are she gets out of bed and investigates, she turns on the lamp and standing next to her is Madison, fully dead, neck slit ear to ear. Scared and surprised Skye falls to the ground trying to crawl away but Madison is screaming at Skye for leaving her at the rollerdome, Madison then grabs Skye's hand, which mysteriously has a knife in it, and starts to cut her own throat, again, blood than sprays on Skye and she wakes up to find only it was a dream. It's a pretty graphic scene which can be viewed on my youtbe channel here.

Sorry this review is kinda lame, I just don't know what else to say about the movie C:

and if you haven't seen it than you can but it here on amazon. C:

Pictures are mine form my DVD. C:

My Super Psycho Sweet 16 Review

In October 2009 I saw a TV Spot on MTV for this cheesy looking slasher flick, due to the fact that it was a horror movie, I marked my calender.

I remember that night perfectly, after watching promotional clips from the movie on Youtube I got excited, one clip in particular was amazing to me.

 Sushi cake anyone?

So I was pretty pumped when the movie started, as soon as it ended I was in love.

For a made-for-tv, MTV "Original" Film, it was amazing.

Yes, the movie looks, and is extremely cheesy, but that is what makes it so good, it's something new, and for a TV movie, the kills were pretty violent, and gorey too. One particularly was my favorite..

Chloe after her beating.

Well, here's what goes down, Chloe plans to spray a fire extingusher on Skye for crashing Madison's sweet 16, thinking Skye is the one who came into the bathroom she runs out too excited to not realize that it wasn't Skye and starts spraying. When she doesn't hear anything from "Skye" she gets kindof uneasy and as the foam disapears Charlie (killer) apears, grabs the extinguisher, hits her on the head, she slams into the wall, cracks her head open, falls to the ground very dizzy and confused, Charlie walks to her and starts beating her head in. All on screen.

Can you tell why it's my favorite scene?

But that's not all that makes the movie good, the story line is pretty original too, I mean it starts out pretty lame, like some cheap direct-to-dvd romantic comedy but 30 minutes into the movie it tunrs into full on slasher flick.

Though most of the blood was CGI but that's okay because the rest of the movie made up for that.

The only non-CGI kill. (from the uncut version)

The kills were great, acting was great, CGI was great, everything was great.

Plus, it stars Julianna Guill, that one girl who everyone remembers from Friday The 13th (2009) who has perfect nipple placement.

I give this movie a 10/10.

Though this movie isn't shown on MTV anymore, you can buy it (FINALLY) on DVD here.

Also check out the newly released sequel which deffinatly lived up to this one.

All pictures are taken from my copy of the movie.

My Super Psycho Sweet 16: Part 3 Confirmed!?

Rumors have been flying around since September about a possible third installment of the "Super Psycho" series, but only I have a basically confirmed report, here's my proof!

Could it be just a typo? Maybe Gina just meant to say "if" not "when" but this is pretty convincing to me, I mean, she's in the second one, I'm sure Jacob Gentry (Director of first two) has said something about doing a third one. If this was supposed to be some top secret stuff well Gina, you're screwed.!

Mirrors 2 (2010): Review

Remember that one movie where that one girl ripped her jaw off? What was it called... oh yeah! Mirrors. Quite possibly the worst film Alexandre Aja had directed.

                                                           The infamous jaw-rip

Well, bad films always spawn worse sequels don't they? Well, in this case, no. Mirrors 2 has been getting some pretty harsh reviews and I don't think that's fair. I mean I don't think there was anything bad about this movie at all really. To be honest I thought it was great. The story line is sooo much better than the first one, I can't even explain how better it was. Here's a breif summary that doesn't make the movie sound as great as it is..

Max is a security guard who works in a boutique store, where the previous security guard suffered mental breakdown. However, Max begins to become haunted by visions of a girl in mirrors, and his co-workers begin to die gruesome deaths.

This 'girl' Max see's doesn't just kill for no reason, it's a very good reason in my opinion, and she doesn't just kill random people, she kills people involved with a situation that caused her death.

So anyways I think this movie is great, it's not exactly suspenseful until the end but I like that.

If you're just looking for a fun, creative, gorey movie then this is for you. I'll spoil one amazing death involving that one girl form Even Stevens...the good girl..hm.. oh yeah, Christy Carlson Romano. Remember Louis's good-girl sister Ren? Well, she's no good-girl in this movie. This once Disney teen star can now be considered an adult because well, there's this one scene, involving her, a shower, no clothes, shall I say more? Though there's no full frontal nudity, we do get to see her boobs and some butt. I smell win. But what I found even better in her 'main' scene is her death. So here's what goes down: Jenna (Romano) is in the shower, cuts her leg shaving gets out to stop the bleeding, when she looks down her reflection in the mirror in front of her doesn't move with her. Noticing this Jenna just stares confused and her reflection pounds the mirror causing Jenna to jump back, slip on her robe, fall through her shower's glass doors. Laying there confused and in pain a piece of glass hanging loosely falls and decapitates her.

                                                         The results of Jenna's death.

So I highly recomend seeing this movie, not for just this scene (Which CAN be viewed here on my youtube channel) but for the movie itself, it's sooo much better than the first movie, I can't even explain how great it is.

Buy It Rent it Download it

The DVD also comes with the original Korean version "Into The Mirror" which i haven't gotten around to watch all of yet but from what I saw it was pretty good.

Angela and Jenna pictures are mine.
                                                       DVD cover is from Amazon.com
